Our Story

SAPA Restaurant was born in the Philippines from a small kitchen project by a team devoted to the bright, soulful flavors of Việt Nam.

Named after the mountain town of Sa Pa, our name and nón lá symbol honor journeys, shared tables, and the comfort of home.

From the start, we paired time-honored recipes and slow-simmered broths with fresh, locally sourced herbs to keep every bowl honest and alive.

What began as a humble pop-up grew into a welcoming dining room where Filipino hospitality meets Vietnamese culinary tradition.

Today, SAPA bridges cultures—celebrating community, craft, and comfort with every phở, bánh mì, and fresh roll we prepare.

Sapa Restaurant offers an unforgettable dining experience with authentic Vietnamese cuisine. The vibrant atmosphere and delicious dishes keep me coming back for more!
